Vins plus je obchod a místo degustace francouzských vín, dovážených Vladimírem Strnadem. Po
patnácti letech ve Francii, ve světě vína a gastronomie, kde vedl několik vinných barů a restaurací, se
vrátil zpět do Prahy, aby zde zúročil své zkušenosti. Jeho ochutnávky, řídící se pravidlem nabídnout co nejlepší poměr kvality a ceny, umožňují to základní a rozhodující: zjistit sám, co je ve sklenici. Filosofií práce je osobní výběr autentických vín přímo od producentů z jejich vinařství (producent = vinař), kteří dodržují zásady tradiční práce s půdou. Konvenční orba, tráva na vinici a ruční sběr, žádná umělá hnojiva a chemické ošetřování. Jinými slovy, respektování vinice v jejím přirozeném prostředí. Jedná se o osobní výběr vinařů, kteří jsou hodnocení v prestižních vinařských průvodcích, jako La Revue de Vin de France, Bettanne & Dessauve, Parker apod.
Vins plus is a wine store and a place of wine-tasting that is directed by Vladimír Strnad. After fifteen years in France where he has been engaged in the world of wine and gastronomy (supervising several wine bars and restaurants), Strnad returned to Prague to build on his experience. His wine-tasting sessions guided by the principle of the best quality/price ratio, enable the most important and decisive thing: to know what is in the bottle. Strnad’s philosophy is personal choice of wines directly from vineyards. Vins plus thus offers authentic wines from producers’ own vineyards (producer = wine grower) that adhere to the traditional work with the soil (no artificial fertilizers, no chemical treatment of the vineyard, old-style ploughing, grass on vineyards) and hand-picking of grapes – in other words – respecting vineyards in their natural surroundings. The selection of wines is based on the personal choice of wine-makers who are evaluated by prestigious wine guides such as La Revue de Vin de France, Bettane & Dessauve, Parker and others.
